Please make sure you measure your dog's neck circumference correctly before ordering. If your pet is between two sizes or has a lot of hair, choose the larger size.

Our accessories are solid but are not indestructible, check the general condition of your necklace regularly.

Gold hardware: 100% brass
Silver hardware: 100% chrome-plated brass

The textile part of our collars being waterproofed, a simple pass under clear water is normally sufficient to clean it. If your necklace is really dirty, you can add mild soap. Rinse well and let air dry.

The Biothane© part is waterproof and can be easily cleaned with water and a sponge. Do not hesitate to soap it if it is really very dirty. Rinse it thoroughly and dry with a towel.
